| Orange Pride was formed to provide a venue for LGBT people, living in and around Orange County, NY, to meet, socialize, increase awareness, gain support and to promote unity and visibility in our community. In May of 2005 a group of enthusiastic women met to explore the idea of starting a Gay Community Group in Orange County, NY. Realizing that there was a serious void of visible, positive gay life in our communities, this small but determined group of individuals held a meeting to determine what they could do to fill this void. Ideas were expressed and plans made to initiate a few summer activities that would hopefully create an interest in others. With the hope of developing activities, communicating other events and programs of interest in our region and creating a resource for support and encouragement, Orange Pride took its first steps. Where we go from here depends on you. |

We do not wish to duplicate anything that other LGBT web sites in OKC are doing. Everything at okclesbian.com is FREE - free personals, free advertising, etc. |
