Originally from East Orange, New Jersey, Joanne did
what all comics do and went to college for marine
biology.  Now an accomplished lesbian AND comedian,
Joanne is a graduate of the American Comedy Institute,
“Stand-Up Comedy Experience” Workshop (2003) and
the Gotham City Improv "Improvisational Workshop"
(2004).


Joanne made her comedy debut at Caroline’s Comedy
Club on Broadway in September 2003 and has since
